Croatian Subtitle Generator: Create Hrvatski Captions and SRT

It listens to spoken Croatian, creates timed subtitle cues, and writes the transcript in Latin alphabet with diacritics. The result stays editable so names, regional vocabulary, punctuation, and line breaks can be reviewed before export.

Croatian uses a Latin-based orthography, but that does not make it English. Language-specific diacritics, letter combinations, capitalization, and punctuation remain meaningful and should survive both transcription and editing.
