Romanian Subtitle Generator: Create Română Captions and SRT

It listens to spoken Romanian, creates timed subtitle cues, and writes the transcript in Latin alphabet with diacritics. The result stays editable so names, regional vocabulary, punctuation, and line breaks can be reviewed before export.
